The City of Busselton has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

PROPERTY: Lot 75 (No.157) Haag Road Yelverton
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: Amendment to Development Approval- Extractive Industry (Sand)

An Extractive industry development application was approved on 6 May 2022, a development application has been submitted to vary the following conditions:
Condition 1 - to extend the timeframe for the operation of the extractive industry for 5yrs;
Condition 4.4 - Increase the proposed truck movements from 24 to 80 (4o trucks entering and 40 trucks leaving).

Please be aware that details of your submission may be made available to the applicant for the opportunity to respond. In certain instances, your submission may also be used to form part of a Council report making it a public document.
