Over the past 18 months the City has been working hard in the engagement space.

Council endorsed a Community Engagement Policy in 2020 and we’re now developing an overarching Community Engagement Framework that will guide the planning and implementation of engagement initiatives around City projects, strategies and decision making.

The City invites interested people to take part in one of three workshops to help develop the Community Engagement Framework.

Three workshops are planned to explore engagement in the City of Busselton – what it means, how it should be delivered, who we will engage with and in what sorts of situations.

Moving forward we all need to be confident that the City of Busselton Community Engagement Framework is workable and broadly supported and to this end, community input is really important.
