In partnership with South West Development Commission and aviation consultants, three consulting pty ltd, the City of Busselton is undertaking a detailed market analysis into the potential of international airfreight out of the Busselton Margaret River Airport (BMRA), the results of which will be utilised in developing Business Cases that will be used to pitch to various international carriers, capable of facilitating a combination of passenger and freight air services.

In order to build a strong case to put to international carriers, the City is seeking the assistance of regional producers in the South West to complete a short survey. The aim of the survey is to capture information and data that supports combination passenger air freight services out of BMRA, direct to South East Asian destinations, including Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia.

The survey will take no more than 5 minutes to complete and all responses and organisational details will be kept confidential and only utilised for the sole purpose of building a robust picture of international passenger and airfreight potential. There is a short window of opportunity to gather this data and information. Closing date to be advised.

Your participation in the survey and ongoing support of the BMRA Development Project is greatly appreciated. Please do not hesitate to contact Emma Heys directly on (08) 9781 1751 or via email emma.heys@busselton.wa.gov.au should you have any questions.
