Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Busselton has prepared the abovementioned Scheme Amendment for the purpose of:
Rezoning Lot 1 (No 45A) Clydebank Avenue from ‘Local Centre’ to ‘Reserve for Public Purposes: Water Authority.’
Rezoning Lot 2 (No 45B) Clydebank Avenue from ‘Local Centre’ to ‘Residential (R30).’
Please complete the form below to lodge a submission. Submissions close on 30th June 2023. The document can be viewed in the Document Library on the top right-hand side of this page and a hard copy have been deposited at the City Offices, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton during office hours.
