Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Busselton has prepared the abovementioned Scheme Amendment for the purpose of:

  • Changing the residential density coding from R80 to R60 over Lot 81 (18), Strata Plan 17588 (20), and Lots 115 to 127 (26-50), Geographe Bay Road, Dunsborough.

Please complete the form below to lodge a submission. Submissions for this proposal close on 13th August 2021. Documents can be viewed in the Document Library on the top right hand side of this page and hard copies have also been deposited at the City Offices, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton during office hours.

THIS AMENDMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION IN ORDER TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT AND IT SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED THAT FINAL APPROVAL WILL BE GRANTED.
