LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME No. 21 AMENDMENT No. 48

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Busselton has prepared the abovementioned Scheme Amendment for the purpose of rezoning a portion of Lot 1 (99) Causeway Road Busselton by:

  • Amending Schedule 5 “Special Uses” by introducing several new land uses to Special Use No. 17, which are already operating as ancillary land uses on the site, and introducing conditions relating to those land uses; and
  • Amending Schedule 3 “Special Provision Areas” by deleting Special Provision No. 15 because, with the introduction of additional conditions for Special Use No. 17, these provisions will be superfluous.

Please complete the form below to lodge a submission. Submissions for this proposal close on 7th May 2021. Documents can be viewed in the Document Library on the top right hand side of this page and hard copies have also been deposited at the City Offices, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton during office hours.

THIS AMENDMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION IN ORDER TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT AND IT SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED THAT FINAL APPROVAL WILL BE GRANTED.
