LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION

LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME No. 21 AMENDMENT No. 40


Reference: AMD21/0040


Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Busselton has prepared the above mentioned Scheme Amendment for the purpose of:


Reviewing land use permissibilities within the Scheme to reflect the direction of the Local Planning Strategy. The key issue is to protect the primacy of the Busselton City Centre ('Regional Centre' zone) and Dunsborough Town Centre (centre' zone), with the intention to avoid or mitigate undesirable retail leakage from those zones.


Please complete the form below to lodge a submission. Submissions close on 18 November 2020. Documents can be viewed in the Document Library on the top right hand side of this page and hard copies have been deposited at the City Offices, Southern Drive Busselton during office hours.
