Consultation has concluded
The City of Busselton has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.
PROPERTY: LOT 9003 BROADWATER BOULEVARD, BROADWATER
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: USE NOT LISTED (BULK FILL OF FUTURE SUBDIVISION) SPECIAL CONTROL AREA
Details of the proposal are also available for inspection between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm at the City’s Civic and Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton; and at the Busselton and Dunsborough Libraries.
The proposal includes the following works :

Construction of sealed crossovers, culvert crossing to existing drainage lines and gravel driveways to the east and west;
*
Installation of rural fences and gates for construction safety and site security;
*
Remove existing illegally dumped rubbish and green waste, strip and remove all vegetation and top soil from area of proposed fill;
*
Excavation of the site to create a level surface;
*
Placement of permanent fill to required design levels; and
*
Removal of surcharge fill after achievement of required consolidation settlement.
The proposal is available for viewing and completing a submission on-line at the City of Busselton Civic and Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton; or alternatively at the Busselton or Dunsborough Libraries.
