Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Busselton has prepared the abovementioned Scheme Amendment for the purpose of:

Rezoning Lot 69 (No. 10) Rosemary Drive, Lots 48 (No. 26) & 49 (No. 28) Causeway Road and Lot 100 (No. 15) Southern Drive, Busselton from 'Residential R30' and 'Tourist' to 'Special Use No.30'.

Land uses being considered under the ‘Special Use’ designation include:

  • Club Premises;
  • Community Purpose;
  • Consulting Rooms;
  • Medical Centre;
  • Reception Centre;
  • Office; and
  • A range of residential-based uses.

Details and documents have also been deposited at the City Offices, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton during office hours. Submissions for this proposal close on 22nd April 2020.

THIS AMENDMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION IN ORDER TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT AND IT SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED THAT FINAL APPROVAL WILL BE GRANTED.
